Above RPI increase is required as wages not keeping up with costs, especially for those who did not get a “cost of living” pay bump/bonus 3 years ago.

It is of note that corporates and local authorities alike are trailing and some are accepting, a four day week on the same pay.
Whilst this may be, well is, controversial perhaps an offer of a condensed week where we are able to work additional hours to move to a four day week but still offer the full 37 hours.
