Two members have volunteered to become union reps to help make AXA a better place to work and assist their colleagues with any workplace issues:

Pearl Gibson (Derry)
Debbie Gray (Glasgow)

Thanks to both for volunteering.

AXA is looking to make changes to the way it consults with Unite in AXA to allow for more localised input into the process. Whilst for the majority of sites this is fine, those sites without reps could potentially find themselves at a disadvantage and both AXA and Unite are encouraging members in sites currently without a union to rep to step forward and make sure the views of members at these sites are heard.
