Despite 2023 having the largest pay deal at AXA in recent years,why didn’t the “Professional” pay range increase from that of 2022, but the pay ranges of the other levels (Senior Professional, Senior Leader etc) went up by at least 5%? This means in the next payrise some of those in the professional range will be worse off.
