Unite in AXA reps from across the UK are meeting in Eastbourne this week to discuss issues affecting members in AXA and undergo training on a variety of topics from social media to dignity at work. Two sessions have  also been organised by AXA HR for the reps to provide feedback on the recent changes to performance management in AXA as well as the new culture programme being rolled out by the company.

Unite in AXA is promoting a series of events across the country raising cancer awareness and the need for staff to ensure they check for signs of cancer on a regular basis. If an event is running on your site this week, please pop along and have a chat with the local workplace reps running it.
