A few years ago we had new Pay families and gradings.
The Professional range moved approx £500 increasing the top of the range by £138 ! Where as a senior professional pay range move by around £9500 increasing the top of the range by £5500. How does this encourage/open up opportunities for sideways moves and pay progression when over half my team are sitting in the professional band? I asked this many times now and no one has ever given me an answer.
