If the result of the 2023 pay ballot is 71% in favour of accepting the 7.9% offer, why are members at Axa in Redhill surrey being offered 4%

AXA Partners in Redhill is not part of the UK group where we negotiate the pay. If Partners became unionised (as it is in other countries like France and Spain) we would negotiate the pay with management on your behalf.
