The location independent worker allowance needs to be reviewed and increased as it is too low.

I value the work I do and remain committed to delivering strong results. However, my salary no longer keeps pace with the cost of living. Over the last few years Inflation and rising costs in housing, utilities, transportation, and everyday essentials have outpaced pay growth, reducing my purchasing power.
