These are all very valid points – I wondered why it was so hard for people to get higher grades – its clear to see why

HR provided them when we requested, they are not published at a company wide level.

I think this is a really reasonable pay request, it is about time people in lower levels were given the rewards for their huge part in the excellent results AXA have achieved in recent years. Its sad to see the top levels are taking the majority of the pay and bonus pot.
