This is good. it was a 4% Increase, but many people are living paycheck to paycheck and have no luxury anymore.

I was paid more to deliver pizzas than I am to handle AXA’s financials and customer care

Really pleased with this, it was about time members called out the pay issues and hopefully the company will acknowledge.
One of the biggest issues with pay also are the pay structures and the lack of an additional levels for those managing technical teams with managers being the same level as those they manage as well as managers being paid less than those in the team they manage which seems to be a common theme.

Agree J, since they got merged 6a and 6b into Professional we’ve seen those in technical roles who should be 6b forced into Level 7 / Senior Associate but compare their level of responsibility with others who may be Customer Service/Call Centre and it makes no sense.
Likewise we have Senior roles in the same pay grade as those they are Senior to but earning less than those Junior to them or we have a reluctance to great Senior roles due to this limiting progression opportunities.

Many are working above and beyond in their roles and deserve a rise in pay especially dealing with the staff shortages they had to deal with the crisis situation last year with a lot of staffs having left. Thus a modest pay rise would be good as it would show the company’s gratitude for these workers. Very important for the Company to retain staff according to the markets to meet competition amongst other business interms of salary.
