I hope we get a decent pay rise. I know we’ve all had new equipment but even that is nothing compared to the energy bills and other costs the company has saved with majority of staff working from home on a regular basis. The fact they’ve also stopped the working from home allowance they gave us at the start to help with household bills, should prompt them to think about a decent increase. Our pay certainly isn’t in line with other financial institutions. The fact they employ new starters on more than existing experienced staff shows you there is something inheritantly wrong with the pay scale.
