Unite in AXA reps will be issuing ballot papers to members to allow them to vote in the pay ballot on AXA’s new offer, that runs from today to 6th March. If you do not receive a ballot paper, please contact your local rep.

Following further negotiations with the company, the following is added to the Pay 2026 joint AXA/Unite statement below…

As part of AXA’s ongoing commitment to support colleague wellbeing and the ongoing pay negotiations, it’s proposed to introduce a wellbeing day for all colleagues from July 2026, alongside the 2026 pay budget. Following colleague feedback about wellbeing, this paid day off is for you to focus on your health and self-care.

This revised proposal has been negotiated with Unite and consulted on with representatives from the people leader population and Vox for AXA Health.

Unite will be recommending this offer to their members, who will vote on it from 2 to 6 March. We’ll keep you updated on the outcome and next steps.
