Wages never increase as as fast as expenses and expenses have rocketed over the last two years. Just above minimum wage is basically minimum and yet the pressures and expectations are anything but minimum.

I believe that if the amount of days in office is increased a pay jump will be needed to cover the extra cost for travel expenses.

hi, i am a member.
wages are low, this barley covers the bills.
also there should be different rates of pay for different levels.
completing framework and still being on same wage a new starter or level 2 for instance.

With the national living wage increasing by 6% our wage needs to match that in order to still be competitive and enticing to those of us still here.
It’s not become cheaper or easier to live these days so any help our employer can give will retain staff and quality of life for all of us.

pay for senior associates, professionals etc needs to be upscaled in line with national minimum wage increase at minimum

I feel the cost of living has risen by 6%, yet we have not allowing our salary to be that of a competitive one. Despite salary being higher than usual, cost of living has risen, and we are falling more and more into the struggling numbers, which is affecting our mental health, and the likelihood of staff being retained, due to the struggle of costs, and needing to seek higher salaries.

Our pay needs to increase. Other motor claims handlers get a lot more for the same role. We should match our competitors in order to not reduce productivity and the desirability to work here. Especially with the new 60/40 model, we are facing tougher targets with a heavier workload. We should get a rise that alligns better with the work that we do.

The pay for customer contact advisors are not compatible with the volume of works and tasks are being done. I think the pay should increase along with coverage for health/dental costs, as many other companies even smaller than AXA provide these type of benefits. We should be paid more.

The pay needs to increase with the world we live in today prices keep increasing constantly and more taxes. Also other insurance businesses pay higher annual salary than AXA for a motor claims handler.

Pay this year needs to reflect the additional costs of smart working that will take place this year. the cost of a train pass has increased significantly over the last 4 years since covid and now with the latest budget stating cap on bus fares is to increase means a further cost incurred for people travelling into work.

Cost of living
years of high inflation and cost of goods and services to increase, need pay rise to keep up with the rising costs of living
Energy bills are increasing, cold weather means you need to keep house warm for kids.

I feel AXA’s salary doesn’t match the other insurance competitors and with inflation increasing its difficult to manage utility bills, transport and food on current pay. Would appreciate if this can be considered. Thank you.
